		<description>The expiry of the patent is calculated based on the filing date of the original patent application. But the CIP priority can be claimed by the original application.
Example-CIP-X-Filing date-20080101,Priority date-20070101
               Original patent application(Same Family of CIP-Y)-Filing date-20090101,Priority date-20070101
In the above case the Original patent application of same family of CIP will claim the priority of CIP-X.
